On July 14, 1987, TT&T Development, Inc. was incorporated and since then, has successfully launched commercial projects within Metro Manila and the Greater Luzon area. The oldest being the Universal Theater Mall on Avenida, Rizal in Manila which was built in 1954 and later renovated to house the iconic Universal Theatre— a symbol of the golden age of Philippine Cinema.

Another notable milestone is the development of Sun City Plaza in Imus Cavite, a mixed-use facility featuring a hemodialysis clinic, offices, and popular fast-food concepts making it a preferred dining destination for nearby residents.

Fast-forward to 2004, the High Pointe Property Group was established to function as a consultant and holding company for TT&T Development, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Strictly adhering to the ethos: “To advocate a “community-centric” business philosophy that values ethical, sustainable, and progressive development and apply it in all our projects,” has enabled this passionate, up and coming young developer to intuitively address the rapidly evolving needs of its target market by embracing and adopting innovative design trends.

To date, its flagship project— The High Pointe Medical Hub (HPMH) built in 2017 is the first medical mall in the country. It serves as a premiere non-hospital affiliated facility with partners offering a broad range of services for both specialized and alternative health care.

Its tenants have been carefully selected to complement one another in order to create a synergy of health & wellness centers that is unique to the HPMH.
